Excellent location, easy access to the city centre and the local shops are convenient enough to reach out for coffee and snacks. We also discovered a cool cocktail bar around the corner called Yoga Bar. The room layout is good as there is plenty room at the entrance for suitcase and store coats etc. The bed comfortable level is okey for short stay.

Excellent value for money and an enjoyable stay for a few nights. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was very good with a wide variety of options available to choose from and available until 10.30am! The hotel itself is in a very good location with a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, and situated close to a tram station that is three stops away from Essen Hbf. And the staff were very professional and friendly. Would recommend!

My 3rd stay , funny enough the 3rd name change as well , and definitely not my last. The hotel is located in a very good area , with lots of shops and restaurants around and great connections for public transport. The rooms were refurbished recently and are in good size , warm and very well sound proofed. Staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast comes with a few good choices.

I saw the room which i saw before at website booking. This is really good when you get that you saw on pictures. Single bed was big, it was about 120 cm approximately. All is clean and comfortable. sockets in the wall has USB socket, it also very good. All kinds of supermarkets and too much banks, transport - all are around 200 meters.

Room was cozy and quiet. Breakfast was nice, lady working there was very pleasant. It is situated in nice area - very close to fair ground and surrounded with different restaurants and cafes.

My 2nd stay at this hotel and 1st since rebranding . The room was clean , very good size and very warm. Breakfast was generous and staff very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel well looked after and improved since my previous stay. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby with easy access to public transport.

The room was really modern and clean. The beds were comfy and the design of the bedroom was really nice and fresh. Location wise really easy to find as it was only 20 min walk from the train station and only 10 min walk to Grugahalle stadium.

Rooms are small. Table is not suitable to work on it. Breakfast is great (waffle maker!) and morning staff is welcoming you with a smile. It is sufficient what I am looking for: close to public transportation, close to working place and easy access to convenient stores closeby.

The property was very clean and freshly renovated. It was dog friendly which made our stay so easy. The breakfast was also really nice and great value for money. Location was perfect for sightseeing.

Great location in Essen centre near the pubs and restaurants. Next to an Underground stop and about 1km to the main train station. Staff were friendly and multi lingual. Rooms were exceptionally clean and wifi was great. We didn't eat breakfast there.
